Follow this road along and take the first right. A little way on the left you will see a pink building with some steps, so go up here, and head around to the left where you will see your prize. The color doesn't change. I don't see any reason why they chose that style but the style served no purpose other than indicating the person you're targeting. thanks for help. but i found out what it actually means. Red is the spray radius and blue means your targeting them :)
